Job summary

A non-profit financial support organization in New Westminster seeks a Bilingual Client & Creditor Liaison. This role involves managing client cases in a Debt Management Program, assisting clients throughout their repayment journey, and advocating with creditors. Qualifications

  • Two or more years of customer service and administrative experience required, preferably in banking or finance.
  • Availability to work variable shifts between 5:30am – 6:00pm (Pacific) | 8:30am – 9:00pm (Eastern).
  • Independent and creative thinker with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Act as an intermediary between clients and creditors.
  • Assist clients during their onboarding process and throughout their repayment journey.
  • Negotiate solutions with creditors that meet client needs.
