Job Summary
Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Remote Canadian Order Processing Representatives. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process, review, and verify customer orders using company systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Update and maintain order records, tracking information, and documentation.
- Resolve order discrepancies and communicate effectively with customers regarding order status.
- Assist in generating reports and analyzing order data to identify trends or areas for improvement.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly processing goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience
- No prior order processing experience required; training will be provided.
