A leading B2B performance marketing agency in Canada is seeking a skilled RevOps advisor to support B2B Tech and SaaS clients. You'll architect and implement tracking infrastructures and optimize revenue operations. The ideal candidate has over 3 years in marketing automation and strong client communication skills. - Identify opportunities to expand client engagements across various lines of business
- Communicate directly with clients, translating technical insights into actionable recommendations
- Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in marketing automation and analytics environments
- Strong expertise in GTM and GA4, including event architecture and tracking QA
- Experience with offline conversion tracking and CRM‑to‑ad‑platform integrations
- Ability to evaluate and optimize revenue operations processes impacting pipeline efficiency
- Excellent client‑facing communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders
- 1‑2 years of agency‑side experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in building marketing and revenue dashboards
- Familiarity with lead routing frameworks and sales qualification methodologies
- Curiosity and drive to deepen technical and strategic RevOps skills
