This role reports directly to the Manager - Talent Acquisition and plays a key part in scaling our team at Zensurance with focus on Operations and Tech. You'll join a dedicated talent team focused on enabling our company's growth. You'll act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, owning the full hiring process, and making sure we're bringing in great people who add to our culture.
