Job summary
A healthcare technology company in North Vancouver is seeking a Tier 1 Patient and Member Support Representative to provide outstanding service within a call center environment. The role requires managing customer inquiries and demonstrates exceptional empathy and problem-solving skills. Bilingual proficiency in English and French is essential. Flexible hours available, starting at $24 CAD per hour.
