A dynamic web design platform seeks a Growth Account Executive to drive sales and build relationships with customers. This remote-first role requires expertise in SaaS sales and excellent communication skills. Candidates should be proactive, adaptable, and have a strong interest in web development. Location: Remote-first (United States). This role will require an in-person onboarding session in San Francisco, CA. Employment type: Full-time, Permanent, Exempt.
Our cash compensation amount for this role ranges depending on the cost of labor of the geographic area. The ranges shared below may change if you are hired in another geographic location. For sales roles, the ranges provided are the role’s On Target Earnings (OTE) ranges, meaning that the ranges include both the sales commissions target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Webflow and will be narrowed during the interview process based on factors including location, experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills. Benefits/additional compensation may include: equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; retirement plans; health benefits; and wellness stipends.

Note: For sales roles, ranges reflect On Target Earnings (OTE) which include base salary and commissions. The final range will be narrowed during the interview process. Travel up to 15% may be required for onboarding, industry events, and internal offsites.
