Acro Commerce is looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to drive qualified leads and conversions through data‑driven LinkedIn and connected TV (CTV) campaigns. The role reports to the Director of Marketing and is an integral part of a small, agile team focused on B2B lead generation and revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  • Create and execute full‑funnel digital media campaigns aligned with sales objectives.
  • Build, launch, optimize and maintain demand generation campaigns predominantly on LinkedIn.
  • Develop and launch CTV campaigns using data‑driven insights to target qualified audiences.
  • Perform A/B testing and optimization to improve conversion rates.
  • Analyze campaign performance, identify trends and use data to inform decision making.
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports covering all paid media channels and performance data.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and designers to build best‑in‑class digital ads.
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners to provide insights and recommendations that improve strategy and performance.
  • Stay up‑to‑date on the latest LinkedIn algorithm updates, best practices and emerging B2B digital marketing trends.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies, making recommendations of new partners, software, techniques and tactics with relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of hands‑on experience managing B2B paid LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Proven track record of generating qualified leads and driving revenue growth through LinkedIn.
  • Deep understanding of LinkedIn’s platform, advertising, organic content and community engagement.
  • Expertise in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and marketing automation tools.
  • Deep knowledge of the CTV ecosystem, platforms, ad formats, targeting capabilities and measurement solutions.
  • Experience in paid social and paid search platform operations and media buying including retargeting, A/B testing and conversion optimization.
  • Strong capability in designing and executing results‑based performance media campaigns.
  • Understanding of best practices for landing pages, SEO optimization and website tagging.
  • Excellent analytical skills – proficient with Excel, VLOOKUP, pivot tables and chart creation.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
  • Strong strategic thinking, ownership over campaigns, attention to detail and proactive problem‑solving.

Salary Range

Expected salary range for candidates residing in Canada is between $70,000 and $110,000 CAD. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location.
