ELEKS DevOps Office is looking for a DevOps Engineering Expert in Poland, Croatia, Argentina.

ABOUT CLIENT

The client is a product cybersecurity company building an identity defense platform aimed at preventing identity-based threats. The solution verifies both user identity and device security posture before granting access and provides continuous authorization using zero-trust principles.

REQUIREMENTS
  • 5+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer
  • Strong hands‑on experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines
  • Solid knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), and Terraform
  • Experience with ArgoCD, Datadog, and observability practices (would be a plus)
  • Experience with Bazel or similar advanced build systems (would be a plus)
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD scalability, performance, and reliability
  • Experience working closely with developers and improving developer experience
  • Upper-intermediate or higher level of English
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and improve CI/CD pipelines with a strong focus on developer-facing needs
  • Design, maintain, and scale GitLab CI infrastructure and runners
  • Work with Bazel-based build systems in a monorepo environment
  • Collaborate with SRE teams on CI/CD reliability and infrastructure automation
  • Support Kubernetes (EKS) and cloud infrastructure managed via Terraform
  • Improve observability and reliability of CI/CD systems using Datadog and Grafana
  • Participate in reliability testing, incident reviews, and process improvements
  • Work closely with customer engineers, SREs, and security teams
