• Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
• Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
• Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
• Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services, such as smartphones and tablets
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences with a focus on problem-solving

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to ask probing questions
• Quiet, distraction-free workspace at home with high-speed internet

• Technical support experience is preferred
• Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
• Eagerness to learn new technologies
• Experience in fast-paced multi-tasking environments
