What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of technology project management, particularly in managing complex IT projects with interdependencies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or ITIL v3
• Familiarity with industry-standard products such as Cisco and Avaya
