- Strong analytical and reporting skills with expert knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex financial data for non-financial executives
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- MBA in Finance or equivalent advanced degree
- Public accounting experience, preferably with Big 4 audit experience
- Experience working in a non-profit social enterprise model
