Position Overview
This is a part-time remote role for aMail Services Assistant. The Mail Clerk will be responsible for:
Sorting and distributing incoming mail
Dispatching outgoing mail
Maintaining accurate mail logs
Ensuring timely delivery of mail items
Customer Service Responsibilities
Additionally, the Mail Clerk will handle customer service inquiries related to mail issues and support the team with other clerical tasks as needed.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
Proficiency in handling Mail and Dispatching tasks
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Basic Computer Literacy
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and remotely
Previous experience in a mailroom or similar clerical role is a plus
Education Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent
Work Eligibility:Canada – Required, United States – Required
