A leading staffing company is seeking a bilingual Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a cloud-based Salesforce solution remotely in Canada. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of project management experience in healthcare or social services, along with bilingual proficiency in English and French. This role involves managing the full lifecycle of Agile project delivery and requires a strong background in stakeholder management and change management.

Seeking a bilingual Senior Project Manager (English/French) to lead the delivery of a cloud-based Salesforce case and care management solution within a healthcare or social services environment. The role involves full lifecycle Agile delivery, stakeholder management, and change management across business and technical teams.
- Lead end-to-end Agile project delivery from initiation through release
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and quality
- Facilitate project and Agile ceremonies, steering committees, and status reporting
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (business, technical, vendors)
- Support change management, process improvements, and training readiness
- Conduct discovery sessions, define user stories, and support sprint planning
- Ensure bilingual communication and documentation (English & French)
- University degree in Business Administration, IT, or equivalent experience
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French (written and verbal)
- 2+ years Agile full lifecycle delivery experience
- 5+ years project management experience in healthcare or social services
- 5+ years as a Senior IT Project Manager on cloud-based CRM projects
- Experience leading mixed in-house and vendor teams
- Change management planning and execution experience
- Strong cost estimation, resource planning, and scheduling skills
- Solid understanding of IT systems and business process impacts
- PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, or PRINCE2 certification
