Project Manager
Our client is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead strategic Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives, with a focus on Microsoft Entra integrations across enterprise systems. This role offers the opportunity to oversee complex integrations with Workday and ServiceNow, ensure alignment with security standards, and guide cross-functional teams toward successful delivery. The ideal candidate will bring both technical fluency and strong leadership in managing enterprise IT and cybersecurity projects.

This role is fully remote.

• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of IAM projects involving Entra, Workday, and ServiceNow.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure project goals and timelines are met.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and change control processes across multiple systems.
• Maintain compliance with security, governance, and audit requirements throughout integration efforts.
• Provide clear project reporting and executive-level updates.
• Lead initial NetSec App Replacement efforts, including automation of user lifecycle processes, standardized workflows, and migration from custom tools to enterprise-class platforms.

Project Manager Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience within IT or cybersecurity.
• Solid knowledge of IAM principles, including provisioning, authentication, authorization, and role-based access.
• Hands-on experience integrating Microsoft Entra with Workday and ServiceNow, including SCIM, SSO, and workflow configurations.
• Familiarity with identity lifecycle management, HR-driven provisioning, and ITSM processes.
• Experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management skills.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification preferred.
