This role requires a demonstrated success in trading or sales, with strong networking skills. Identify and develop new product lines within specialty building materials
Source, trade, and sell using your supplier/customer network
Negotiate pricing, manage POs, and oversee order execution end-to-end
Nurture long-term customer relationships with professionalism and integrity
(Optional) Visit international suppliers and industry events
Demonstrated success in trading or sales within building materials or closely related sectors (millwork, engineered wood, panels, finishes, etc.)
Strong network and reputation for honesty, reliability, and follow-through
Entrepreneurial, self-managed operator who can open doors and grow accounts
Experience with global sourcing, imports, and logistics is a plus
No specific certifications required
Structure: 100% commission with draws available
Target 1st-Year Income: ~USD $100,000
Total Potential: USD $84,000–$200,000+ (uncapped)
