A leading health charity in Canada is seeking a Senior Manager – Cloud Infrastructure and AI Operations to lead the transformation of Azure cloud and AIOps. In this role, you will build a highly automated and secure infrastructure for digital products and data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years in infrastructure engineering and proven leadership experience. Lead Heart & Stroke’s Azure cloud and AIOps transformation: scaling secure, automated, and intelligent infrastructure for digital products, fundraising, and data-driven insights across Canada. This is a chance to build the cloud foundation that powers life‑saving innovation!
As Senior Manager, Cloud Infrastructure & AI Operations, you’ll lead a remote and growing team of cloud engineers and operations specialists. Your mandate: evolve our Azure platform into a fully automated, observable, and AI‑assisted environment: balancing innovation with reliability, cost efficiency, and compliance (PCI, PHIPA). You’ll shape standards, mentor technical talent, and bring a product mindset to how infrastructure supports our digital ecosystem.
Heart & Stroke is building the digital foundation for Canada’s most recognised health charity. You’ll lead at the intersection of technology modernisation and mission impact: scaling systems that directly enable fundraising, engagement, and health innovation. This role blends strategic architecture with hands‑on experienced engineering leadership.
We welcome applications to work remotely from anywhere in Canada, with the ability to travel to our Toronto office a few times a year.
