  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Certifications in Microsoft Windows Server or MS SQL
  • ITIL certification
  • Experience with accounting or information systems
  • Experience with web application performance and scalability testing
  • Familiarity with computer hardware
