• Drive profitability for the Gypsum portfolio by managing territory performance for EBITDA, revenue, gross margin, and market share
• Collaborate with Plant Managers and regional sales teams to enhance customer interactions and maximize product offerings
• Develop and implement sales strategies for assigned products and territory while providing market intelligence
• Mentor and coach team members to enhance their capabilities and performance throughout the sales process
• Conduct monthly and quarterly analysis of sales performance and customer segmentation

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field; advanced education preferred
• Minimum of five years of sales experience in the building industry or a related field
• At least two years of experience in managing people
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com and strong business acumen
• Ability to operate a fleet vehicle and travel within the assigned geography, approximately up to 50%

• Training in Dimensions of Professional Selling Skills and Directions communication tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including negotiation and relationship building
• Self-motivated with a focus on exceeding targets
• Effective time management and scheduling abilities
• Experience in the building materials industry
