A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking a Chronic Care Specialty Sales Representative to manage relationships with healthcare professionals. You will work in a field-based role covering a specific territory. The candidate should have a bachelor's degree and significant sales experience, preferably within the healthcare sector. The position requires strong analytical and communication skills, with a focus on understanding customer needs and driving sales initiatives.
As a Chronic Care Specialty Sales Representative, you will drive meaningful patient impact by leveraging our scientific expertise and serving as the primary contact for customers within your assigned territory. As a key member of the local Customer Team, you will collaborate closely with Account Executives, Integrated Delivery Systems leaders, and other field colleagues to deliver seamless, patient-focused solutions.

You will develop and manage relationships with a diverse range of specialty health care customers including cardiologists and other approved specialty physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, pharmacists, and office managers. You will regularly engage with health care settings such as physicians’ offices, integrated delivery systems, pharmacies, and hospital clinics to effectively execute your responsibilities.
