A financial brokerage firm is looking for an experienced FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting. You will manage budgeting, forecasting, and performance insights in a fast-paced fintech environment. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in finance, strong analytical skills, and experience in data analysis and financial modeling. A bachelor's degree in finance or related field is required. This position offers an opportunity to collaborate across teams and provide critical insights for the company.

Role: FP&A Manager – lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting for Alpaca’s API-driven trading brokerage. You will manage budgeting, forecasting, performance insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced fintech environment. This role reports to the Finance Director and supports financial forecasting, budgeting, monthly/quarterly closes, data analysis and growth modeling, and investor communications.
