Who you are
Geotab is seeking a Senior Revenue Generation Contract Administrator who will support the full lifecycle management of our most complex North America contracts. If you love technology and want to join an industry leader, we’d love to hear from you!
What you’ll do
As a Senior Revenue Generation Contract Administrator, you will:
- Administer and manage complex revenue generation contracts and subcontracts, ensuring accurate documentation and process tracking.
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert for North America contracts and contracting programs; provide training internally and externally as needed.
- Be the primary administrator for the GSA Advantage catalog and the processing of GSA MAS modifications.
- Initiate contract change requests with customers and applicable third parties; act as liaison for customer/third-party reviews.
- Forecast run rate information for large revenue customers to monitor contract values and address potential shortfalls.
- Audit contract files and records; provide guidance to correct issues and ensure compliance.
- Provide guidance and mentorship for contract administrators and assist with complex tasks, modifications, and escalations.
- Independently draft and administer intricate contracts, recognizing risks and ensuring compliance with minimal supervision.
- Identify inefficiencies in contract administration processes and recommend improvements; mentor junior team members.
How you’ll make an impact
- Maintain and manage complex revenue generation contracts and subcontracts with thorough documentation and process documentation.
- Act as internal SME for North America contracts; deliver training as needed.
- Oversee GSA Advantage catalog and related modifications.
- Lead contract change initiatives with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Provide accurate forecasting and KPI tracking for contract performance and compliance.
- Ensure contract files, records, and compliance are maintained across the department.
What you’ll bring to the role
- 5-8 years of US Government Contracting experience, preferably GSA Schedule, GSA Advantage catalog and GSA Schedule Task Order administrations.
- 3 years of US Residency required.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
- Extensive knowledge of FAR requirements and controls.
- Ability to read, interpret and understand commercial and government contracts.
- Strong understanding of US Government procurement procedures and commercial contract generation procedures.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Google Workspace, Jira and Salesforce preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to make well-judged decisions.
- Strategic mindset with ability to adapt to changing landscapes; works well in a matrixed team.
- Team player who can engage with all levels of the organization.
- Ensures compliance with contractual terms, as well as federal, state, and local contracting regulations (e.g., FAR, DFARS).
- Supports execution and maintenance of internal policies and procedures related to contract administration.
- Assists in tracking KPIs for contract performance and compliance; prepares reports on contract status and performance.
- Maintains product compliance documentation for Geotab and 3rd party partner products.
- Facilitates communication between internal teams, subcontractors, and government agencies under the Manager, Rev Gen Contract Administration.
- Coordinates with legal, business affairs, and business development teams on contract issues.
- Manages subcontractor agreements and ensures alignment with prime contract requirements; tracks subcontractor deliverables and compliance; maintains modification trackers.

Hiring range: $80,000 - $100,000 USD. Final offers are contingent on work authorization and successful background checks.
