Responsibilities

• Develop frontend and backend applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Work with clients to understand business needs and contribute to technical solutions.
• Help ensure applications are robust and performant.
• Write clean and maintainable code, and participate in code reviews.
• Assist with deploying, monitoring, and managing applications in cloud environments.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and contribute to innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Fullstack development.
• Proficiency in at least one frontend framework (React, Angular, Astro or Vue.js) and exposure to backend technologies (Node.js, .NET, Java, or similar).
• Experience with relational or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis etc.) and building RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including containerization (Docker).
• Experience working in an agile development environment.
• Strong understanding of secure coding practices and experience building applications that comply with security and privacy standards.
• Commitment to knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
• Ability to collaborate with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with designers, developers, and product owners.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and the Next League leadership team.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities, adapt to a changing business environment, work independently, and meet deadlines.
• Experience in the sports industry is a plus.
