A retail company in Kelowna is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and develop marketing strategies. - Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
- Determine staffing requirements.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
