• Help clients complete their tax returns using TurboTax products, providing guidance and reviewing their self-prepared returns.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find accurate answers for clients.
• Interact with clients via advanced video communication tools, documenting interactions for accurate record-keeping.

• Minimum of 2+ years of paid professional tax preparation experience.
• Experience with complex personal tax returns, including employment, self-employment, rental income, investments, foreign income, and credits.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently via video and audio tools.
• Flexible schedule availability, with at least 20 hours per week.
• Additional asset qualifications include experience with Business (T2) and Quebec (TP1) tax returns.

• Deep understanding of tax laws and concepts, with a proactive approach to learning and training others.
• Strong communication skills, active listening, and customer empathy.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex customer issues, taking ownership and escalating when necessary.
• Curiosity and resourcefulness in learning new tools and procedures.
• Technical aptitude to troubleshoot and contribute to innovative solutions.

Competitive pay ranging from $24.50 to $33.50 per hour, based on location and experience, with eligibility for bonuses, equity rewards, and benefits. Pay equity is maintained through regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.
