• Assess client needs to align with the agency's strategic goals and industry focus
• Qualify new leads and manage the sales process using established checkpoints and milestones
• Conduct follow-ups on active leads, addressing technical and business objections confidently
• Capture essential client requirements and present tailored solutions through proposals and sales materials
• Ensure accurate documentation and handoffs to the Sales Engineering and Implementation teams

• Proven agency experience in business development within the website, SaaS, or technology space
• Ability to work collaboratively and consistently in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated passion for helping clients succeed and turning challenges into opportunities
• Strong presentation skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Familiarity with technology, preferably with experience in Drupal and WordPress website sales

• 3+ years of experience in website sales, specifically with Drupal and WordPress
• Previous role as a business development representative or website sales representative in a digital agency
• Experience using HubSpot and Teamwork platforms
