Strategic Change Leader for IT & Digital Transformation
Job summary
A leading construction company in Canada seeks an Organizational Change Management Specialist to enhance digital service delivery and support project adoption. The ideal candidate has experience in change management, preferably within IT or digital transformation environments. Responsibilities include developing strategies and fostering user adoption while minimizing resistance. The role requires strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills in a collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in change management roles, preferably on IT or digital transformation projects.
- Prosci or equivalent change management certification strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with IT implementations such as ERP, CRM, or cloud migrations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute change management strategies and plans that maximize user adoption.
- Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and change readiness assessments.
- Collaborate with learning and development teams to develop training plans.
