Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in change management roles, preferably on IT or digital transformation projects.
- Prosci or equivalent change management certification strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with IT implementations such as ERP, CRM, or cloud migrations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute change management strategies and plans that maximize user adoption.
- Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and change readiness assessments.
- Collaborate with learning and development teams to develop training plans.
