Responsibilities
- Follow Refund Automation procedures according to company guidelines.
- Complete all defective slips.
- Assist customers with information, refunds, exchanges, and directions.
- Maintain sales tax exempt records.
- Send damaged merchandise to Claims for processing.
- Verify returned merchandise against refund slips prior to being returned to the sales floor.
- Ensure all items are scanned correctly before being returned to the sales floor.
