Job summary
A global technology and consulting firm is looking for a ServiceNow Developer based in Toronto. The role involves implementing Service Management practices, collaborating with clients, and developing ServiceNow applications. Key qualifications include advanced administration of the Now Platform and IT Service Management experience. The position starts remotely and transitions to onsite work in downtown Toronto. Candidates are expected to have relevant certifications and proven communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in the implementation of Service Management practices.
- Leverage IT Service Management practices to optimize organizations.
- Assist ServiceNow System Administrators and Business Analysts.
- Co-Design and develop new ServiceNow applications.
- Estimate release level of effort with analysts.
- Provide mentoring for ServiceNow System Administrators.
- Own complex business requirements to completion.
