A global consulting firm in Canada is seeking an experienced Azure DevOps Architect with 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in automating workloads in Azure. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, and Terraform. Must be in Canada for 5 yrs to potentially qualify for security clearance.
Overall 4 to 7 years of experience having strong knowledge of automating and orchestrating workloads on Azure, Azure DevOps (VSTS), Infrastructure automation using ARM Templates and automating Azure services.
Good hands on experience in scripting with bash, PowerShell, Python, Terraform, Azure CLI and ARM Templates.
Experienced Azure DevOps Architect to perform development and operations on Cloud applications with Azure Pipelines. CI/CD Management, CI/CD Automation script writing.
Manage and support customer environments in Microsoft Azure cloud. Manage the full release process.
Working knowledge of how to deploy and manage microservices using Service Fabric, Docker, Kubernetes and Linux/Windows containerization.
A strong working understanding of networking, including load balancing and firewall methodologies.
Candidates should be flexible and willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes, but is not limited to, Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
