Location: Hybrid | Downtown Toronto (In-office ~50%)

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Underwriting and pricing Construction & Contracting risks
2. Building and maintaining trusted broker relationships
3. Evaluating complex commercial risks with a holistic approach
4. Coaching and developing junior underwriters
5. Working collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-driven environment

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of commercial underwriting experience (property, casualty, auto)
• CIP designation (completed or in progress)
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• A team-first mindset and leadership potential
• Problem-solving and critical thinking expertise
