Job description

Exciting and new opportunity to work for one of the most progressive and reputable MGA’s operating within the UK today.

You will be responsible for finding, developing and growing new business opportunities focusing on the niche insurance products which this company underwrites together with the more general insurance risks and actively identify opportunities to cross-sell and build the whole business. In addition to this, you will be able to tap into their existing panel of insurance brokers and deal with new business enquiries and also the renewable book.

Ideal candidates will have previous experience within a commercial insurance underwriting environment and have previously built and maintained key broker relationships which could possibly be transferrable into the company. You will also need to demonstrate that you have drive, self-motivation and determination to achieve results, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills combined with a proven track record of relationship management and customer focus where you can be a team player but also be able to work under your own initiative. ACII or progression towards this would be an advantage.

This opportunity would be home-based with occasional visits to one of their regional offices to liaise with the management/director team.

Up to £60k basic salary depending on experience, attractive bonus structure for huge earning potential, car, pension and other staff benefits.
