The Talent and Employee Experience Technology team plays a critical role in enabling Global HR Technology to deliver against its mission to meet all operational commitments to IT and HR and driving strategic priorities forward.
As a Director and Head of Talent and Employee Experience Technology, your role is to lead and provide oversight to critical payroll projects. You will ensure technology is designed, tested, and delivered timely and accurately while ensuring compliance. This is an exciting opportunity to innovate and deliver on critical projects. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, project management skills and a deep understanding of payroll to drive a successful project.
