A leading retail technology company in Metro Vancouver is seeking a QA Manager in Retail Technology to lead quality assurance efforts. You will develop testing strategies, optimize processes, and ensure high-quality solutions. Ideal candidates will have experience in leading QA teams, familiarity with automation tools like Selenium, and a strong commitment to continuous improvement. The mission of the Retail Technology Department is to design, build, deliver and operate robust, efficient and scalable Retail technology solutions that align with our strategic business and technology goals.

As the QA Manager, Retail Technology, you will lead and manage quality assurance efforts across the Retail domain, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality solutions and products. You will develop and implement advanced testing strategies, optimize QA processes, and collaborate closely with other Technology teams and business partners to align QA efforts with organizational objectives. As the QA Manager, Retail Technology, you will:
Proven and best-in-class skills, education, and/or applicable certifications
The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus.
