Overview
Our client is seeking an AI Specialist to support enterprise‑wide adoption of generative AI tools and best practices. This role serves as a hands‑on subject matter expert for AI usage, prompt engineering, and workflow integration, enabling teams to apply AI safely, effectively, and consistently across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the internal AI subject matter expert, providing guidance, troubleshooting, and best practices.
- Train and onboard employees on effective and responsible AI usage, including prompt design and workflow integration.
- Shape, curate, and maintain AI training datasets to improve model accuracy, relevance, and output quality.
- Document and maintain a centralized repository of AI use cases, examples, and best practices.
- Ensure AI‑generated outputs align with established tone, quality, and brand standards.
- Reinforce data privacy, security, and AI governance standards related to AI usage.
- Publish recurring internal communications highlighting AI wins and practical use cases.
- Collaborate cross‑functional to identify and expand AI‑enabled productivity opportunities.
- Support AI applications including document retrieval, content generation, ideation, and internal support tools.
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering techniques, and model behavior.
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
- Proven ability to train and educate non‑technical audiences on technical concepts.
- Experience supporting AI‑driven workflows, content generation, or dataset curation.
- Solid awareness of data privacy, security, and AI governance considerations.
- Hands‑on experience with leading LLM platforms (e.g., Copilot, Gemini, OpenAI‑based tools).
- 3+ years of experience in machine learning, web development, data, or related technical domains.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience driving adoption of emerging technologies across teams.
- Strong collaborative mindset with curiosity around evolving AI capabilities and continuous improvement.
