Job summary
A leading financial services provider in Toronto seeks an HR Administrative Support professional. This role involves providing essential administrative support and logistical coordination to HR programs, managing Workday transactions throughout the employee lifecycle, and overseeing onboarding processes. Ideal candidates will have experience in HR administrative roles, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft applications. Commitment to diversity and inclusion is a core value. This position offers a hybrid working model.
Qualifications
- 1+ years HR administrative support experience.
- Experience with HRIS systems, Workday preferred.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to HR programs.
- Manage Workday transactions for the employee life cycle.
- Support onboarding processes and new hire orientation.
