- Write hooks, scripts, and direct-response ad copy
- Create clear briefs for editors and designers
- Analyze campaign data to refine angles and messaging
- Collaborate with founder and creative team on strategy
- Present insights and rationale on select client calls
- Portfolio of direct-response ads with proven results
- Copywriting chops across hooks, benefits, and CTAs
- Familiarity with UGC, advertorials, unboxings, POV ads
- Analytical mindset linking data to creative direction
- Comfort in a fast-paced, startup environment
- DTC or newsletter growth experience (preferred, not required)
- Experience presenting creative ideas to clients
- Background in B2C, newsletters, or e-commerce campaigns
- Prior agency experience in direct-response advertising
- ~$70,000–$80,000 USD / year, based on experience
