We’re hiring a Project Coordinator to enable our leadership team to remain focused on the duties of running a busy hotel day to day while allowing our many many projects on property organized, focused, and moving forward.

What You'll Be Doing:
Tech Exploration, Implementation & Knowledge Dissemination- Help research, implement and train on new and existing software which powers and brings efficiency and accountability to our organization.
Process Improvement-Act as an extension of our GM to identify opportunities to streamline workflows, solve problems, build or amend training, processes and accountability measurements tied back to projects to keep things running smoothly.
Project Coordination & Communication-No project would be successfully without every "t" crossed and "i" dotted. This is the administrative side of being a Project Coordinator. This role isn't just responsible for arranging and communicating projects but also needs to be comfortable understanding our operations to properly engage the correct departments impacted, schedule impacted areas, engage changes, document actions, track progress and did I mention communicate, communicate, communicate!
