Overview

Be part of the team bringing our brand-new concept to life! We’re seeking Shift Leaders to join us at The Dusty Boot! Welcome to The Dusty Boot Saloon & Dance Hall — the home of fancy cocktails, cold beer, western grub, and live music. A dressed-up saloon in a dressed-down cocktail lounge, featuring weathered wood, warm leather, the glow of neon, and the sweet sound of boots on the dance floor. Enjoy bar games, cowboy karaoke, billiards, and a chef-driven menu. Saddle up and settle in — must be whisky-drinking age (18+).

Shift Leaders play a key role in keeping restaurant service running smoothly, supporting the Executive General Manager and Junior General Manager in daily operations. They oversee Front of House team members, coordinate with the Back of House, handle guest concerns with professionalism, and ensure the venue is set up for a successful service from open to close.
