A healthcare organization in New Brunswick seeks a Palliative Clinical Nurse Specialist to provide expert palliative care in both hospital and community settings. Job Purpose
Working in collaboration with hospital care teams and community partners, the Palliative Clinical Nurse Specialist provides leadership and expertise that supports optimal palliative care in the hospital and community settings. This role includes the five components of a CNS: practitioner, consultant, educator, researcher, and leader. The balance of these components will vary depending upon the needs of the client and service requirement. Work is performed in accordance with Horizon Health Network administrative policies and procedures.
