Job Description:
Dealmoon Canada is seeking a passionate editor to join our team and focus on curating and publishing General Channel Deals and Enhance Private Domain Operations. You will be responsible for discovering and sharing discount information relevant to Canadian users, delivering high-quality, timely, and practical content to enhance user experience. You will also manage and grow private-domain communities, design strategies to convert public traffic to private traffic, and create campaigns to boost engagement, loyalty, and sales conversions.
Responsibilities:
General Channel EditorContinuously monitor discount information across Canada and North America in categories such as home goods, storage, home décor, kitchenware, health and wellness products, as well as concerts and other special deals.Track promotions from major e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Canadian Tire, IKEA, etc.) and local retailers, as well as trending concerts, collaborations, and limited-edition products to secure discount information at the earliest opportunity.Write engaging discount articles, shopping guides, and informative content in accordance with Dealmoon’s content standards.Create and promote content tailored to seasonal events, holidays (e.g., Black Friday, Prime Day), and trending topics.Utilize graphic design tools and basic video editing skills to enhance the visual appeal of content.Private Domain User OperationsCommunity Building & ManagementManage Dealmoon Canada’s private domain communities (WeChat groups, RedNote, Douyin, etc.), including daily content planning and execution, user acquisition, and group maintenance.Design and execute user acquisition strategies to convert public-domain traffic into private-domain traffic, helping the team achieve operational goals.Organize and implement private-domain campaigns to boost user engagement and loyalty.Expand the private-domain user base through platforms such as Pugongying/Juguang, Douyin Ads, Enterprise WeChat, or other operational tools.Private-Domain Conversion & Core User EngagementDevelop targeted marketing campaigns and strategies based on user profiles and needs to increase sales conversions.Maintain close interaction with core community members, gather feedback, and identify potential opinion leaders (KOCs/KOLs) to help amplify content reach.Data Analysis & OptimizationRegularly analyze key metrics related to discounts and private-domain operations (e.g., click-through rates, conversion rates, user growth). Leverage data insights to understand user behavior and channel performance and continuously optimize strategies.Requirements:
Education : College degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Media, Journalism, Chinese/English, or related fields.Language Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English; ability to accurately convey and translate discount information.Experience :Prior experience in private-domain operations preferred (WeChat group management, Pugongying/Juguang platform advertising, Douyin Ads, Enterprise WeChat), with case studies to share.At least one year of experience in new media operations, marketing, content creation, or related fields is a plus.Familiarity with Canadian local lifestyle and e-commerce shopping patterns is an advantageSkills :Proficiency in content creation and promotion across social media platforms (WeChat, RedNote, Instagram, etc.).Graphic design and basic video editing skills preferred (e.g., Canva).Strong data analysis skills and the ability to assess content performance to inform optimization strategies.Work Attitude :Passionate about deals and lifestyle services, with an understanding and appreciation for Dealmoon’s user base.Self-motivated, able to complete tasks efficiently, and adaptable to the fast-paced internet environment.Excellent team collaboration and cross-time-zone communication skills.职位描述：

教育背景：学士学位及以上优先，市场营销、传媒、新闻专业优先。语言能力：优秀的中英文书写和沟通能力，能准确表达和翻译折扣信息。经验要求：有私域运营经验优先考虑(微信群运营、蒲公英/聚光平台投放、抖音巨量引擎、企业微信)需提供案例分享；有一年以上新媒体运营、市场营销、内容创作或其他相关经验为佳，熟悉加拿大本地生活，熟悉当地电商的购物模式者加分。技能要求：熟悉社交媒体平台（如微信、小红书、Instagram等）的内容发布与推广。有图片以及视频剪辑能力优先。（如Canva等工具）。善于数据分析和内容效果评估，能制定优化策略。工作态度：对折扣信息和生活服务充满热情，了解并热爱Dealmoon的用户群体。自驱力强，能够高效完成任务，并适应快速变化的互联网环境。具备良好的团队协作精神和跨时区沟通能力。
