Position — Marketing and Communications Coordinator
Responsibilities
Project Management
- Work in our national office with the national Tax and Community Programming teams as a trusted advisor responsible for overall project management.
- Develop and manage the project plan, track deliverables, and ensure projects and initiatives stay on schedule and within budget.
- Create scope of work documents or creative briefs, detailing project details, reporting requirements, deliverables, timelines, and costing.
- Engage with designers, writers, digital teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment with the scope of work.
- Handle end-to-end project management with ongoing communications and status updates to key stakeholders.
- Coordinate printing assets and deliverables, request quotes, manage orders, and schedules to ensure timely delivery to the correct location.
- Track and process invoices with appropriate approvals and monitor budget spend.
Content Development
- Process creative brief submissions and assign to appropriate teams for development.
- Quality assurance on assets—proofread and edit marketing content for all mediums from draft to final version.
- Ensure high-quality standards, brand alignment, and campaign goals.
- Facilitate appropriate signoffs in line with legal and professional standards.
- Provide guidance on content development to achieve campaign goals.
- Oversee distribution of final marketing content using standard tools and processes.
- Other duties as required.
Additional Responsibilities
- Organize and support regular meetings with stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Qualifications
- University/college degree or diploma in Marketing or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in marketing, in a B2B environment
- Strong project management skills; experience with Asana, Microsoft Planner, Optimizely or other PM tools
- Strong oral and written communications skills
- Strong copywriting and editing skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and requirements simultaneously
- General event knowledge is an asset
- Proven interpersonal and relationship skills with the ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels
- Highly organized, self-motivated, team player; adept at managing change and deadlines
- Resourceful with creative problem-solving to meet client needs
- Experience in a professional services environment is an asset
- Experience with understanding of paid media is an asset
- Familiarity with graphic design software (Adobe Suite) is an asset
- Strong Microsoft Office skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves to support different teams

We benchmark compensation to reflect your background, skills, and impact. Current salary range for this role is $56,500–$68,200 in Toronto; ranges may differ by location. Our model emphasizes collaboration and ongoing development.
Work Model
