Job summary
A governmental organization in Duncan, British Columbia is seeking an experienced supervisor to manage sales staff and inventory. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment and strong interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include assigning duties, ordering merchandise, and resolving customer issues. This position requires on-site work with no remote options available.
Qualifications

- Experience supervising a team of 5-10 people.
Responsibilities
- Assign sales workers to duties.
- Order merchandise.
- Authorize return of merchandise.
- Establish work schedules.
- Sell merchandise.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes.
- Resolve customer requests and complaints.
- Organize and maintain inventory.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers.
