A regional education authority is seeking a Bus Driver to transport students safely to New Germany Elementary and High Schools in Nova Scotia. The ideal candidate holds a valid class 2B license with air brake endorsement and has supportive interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include ensuring bus safety and condition, enforcing rules, and timely reporting of records. This position offers an indefinite term with a standard schedule of 5 hours per day.

The South Shore Regional Centre for Education requires all newly hired employees to provide a satisfactory Criminal Record / Vulnerable Sector Check and a Nova Scotia Child Abuse Register Check. Checks completed within the last 3 months will be accepted.
Regional office-based positions require travel and candidates may be required to provide a valid driver’s license. Some school-based positions also require travel and candidates may be required to provide a valid driver’s license.
