Job summary
A local spa in Burlington is seeking an experienced sales professional to join their front desk team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional client experiences, handle memberships, and support daily operations. This role requires strong sales skills and a background in customer service, ideally in a wellness or similar environment. The position offers hourly wage plus commissions and health benefits for full-time employees.

Responsibilities
- Greet and check in clients warmly and professionally.
- Sell memberships, upgrades, gift cards, and retail products.
- Handle phone calls, bookings, and schedule adjustments.
- De-escalate concerns and handle emotional clients with empathy.
- Follow up with clients to encourage repeat visits.
