Day to day Responsibilities:

• Providing Guests with a 5‑Star Guest Experience
• Guest Check‑ins/outs
• Administrative Duties – emails, phone calls, online bookings, etc.
• Knowledge of all services offered
• Product Knowledge – you are educators, not salespeople!
• Maintaining a clean and organized waiting area
• Receiving retail orders
• Being a team member – help our team when possible!
• Dress like a FASHION AUTHORITY, from head to toe, we are in the beauty industry after all ;)

Qualifications

• High school Diploma
• Minimum one year customer service experience
• Must be available for open or close shifts during the week
• Must be able to work one weekend shift a week
• Knowledge of Phorest booking system is an asset
