Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Answer and transfer telephone calls, greet and assist visitors to the office.
  • Distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Back up assistance to Artist Immigration Administrators.
  • General office and kitchen maintenance.
  • Data management.
  • Office supply orders.
  • Other administration as may be required.
