Job summary
A large publicly traded software company seeks a Finance Director - Mergers and Acquisitions to manage financial operations and lead M&A activities. The ideal candidate will have a CPA, experience in IFRS and GAAP, and a strong background in financial leadership. Responsibilities include overseeing financial reporting, managing due diligence, and integrating newly acquired entities. This role is based in Toronto, Ontario and offers a salary of $140,000 - $170,000/year plus bonuses and other perks.
