Nine PBS: Grant Financials Manager

Position: This part-time position is responsible for supporting the financials for grants, proposals, and sponsorships to foundations, corporations, and government agencies. This includes the development of project budgets, post-award budget revisions, project expense tracking of awarded funds, and the reporting of project expenses.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide the Senior Director of Grants Management with draft project budgets for grants, proposals, and sponsorships based on past expenses and funder guidelines.
• Provide additional financial information and attachments for grant submissions and reporting as needed.
• Support the Senior Director of Grants Management by compiling and organizing award notifications and necessary funder communications for auditors.
• Notify the Senior Director of Grants Management of recent electronic transfers, checks, or online payments.
• Support the Senior Director of Grants Management by updating monthly preliminary release spreadsheets by project codes.
• Assist the CFO with release entries, net asset balances, and unrestricted cash.
• Assist the CFO with creating the annual budget for community impact projects.
• Assist the CFO with invoicing processes to ensure accurate project coding.
• Assist the CFO by preparing monthly budget vs actual reports for departments.
• Assist the CFO with department budget reporting requests.

Qualifications: CPA certification is required, as well as at least three years of non-profit budget and financial reporting experience. Strong skillset using Excel, Sage, Google Docs, Office 365, and Outlook required.

Hybrid Schedule: This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule, typically working up to three days virtually each week, upon approval from supervisor.
