This role leads financial planning and analysis across operational functions to drive performance insights, forecasting, and budgeting aligned with corporate financial goals.

Responsibilities
  • Lead month-end operational analysis, delivering timely variance analysis across plant operations, procurement, and logistics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Design and maintain reporting frameworks to provide visibility into operational KPIs, productivity metrics, and cost drivers.
  • Oversee forecasting and budgeting for operations, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and operational realities.
  • Monitor capital expenditures against budget, evaluate ROI, and ensure financial discipline in investment decisions (CapEx).
  • Partner with operations leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations to improve performance and cost efficiency.
  • Maintain robust financial controls and cost accounting practices, with continuous optimization.
Qualifications
  • CPA designation required.
  • 5–7 years of progressive experience in operations finance and cost accounting.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing or plant operations, procurement, and logistics.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP systems preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.
